March Madness Registration Open

All children in grades 1-8 who are members of St. Agnes Parish are invited to participate in INTRAMURAL BASKETBALL.  The cost is $15 for the first child, $10 for each additional family member.  Players will receive a March Madness tee shirt and play approximately once per week.  Games are held Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, and Saturdays, beginning March 1, 2010.

First grade boys and girls will have separate Saturday morning clinics.  The 2-8 grade boys’ and girls’ teams will be divided 2/3 grade, 4/5 grade, 6/7/8 grade.  We would like to use e-mail for all communications so please provide that information legibly if you have that access available.

Please return this completed form to the school office or rectory (Attn: Joy Pancoast, c/o Andy, Rm. 18) by Friday, February 5, 2010.  Enclose a check made payable to St. Agnes CYO for $15 for the first child, and $10 for each additional family member (no cash please).
